Garment Worker Resilience & Well-Being Project
This project will provide foundational mental health and wellness support to garment workers through a culturally relevant workshop series. Grounded in mutual aid, the program also fosters collective care practices—such as income-generating projects, asset mapping, and political education—that challenge individualistic economic models and promote community resilience.

Alliance for Responsible Apparel Manufacturing and Purchasing (ARAMP)
ARAMP tackles the exploitation of garment workers in Los Angeles - the largest garment industry in the United States - by identifying ethical, “high road” garment factories and placing them on a Designated Factory List (DFL), monitoring the factories through a worker-led enforcement model based on ARAMP labor standards, and incentivizing the factories with commitments from institutional buyers like cities, universities, and hospital networks. ARAMP will serve to create a sustainable, scalable model for ethical Made in L.A. apparel.

Sew & Grow: Food Equity for Garment Workers
Our initiative connects food & environmental justice to the quality of life of garment workers in LA. With the addition of a commercial fridge, our food distribution efforts would double, adding capacity for us to store fresh produce. With the expansion of our food pantry, we will offer culturally-appropriate workshops on nutrition & mental health, food preparation, and sustainable agriculture. This project will result in an accessible pantry and community garden for garment workers & their families, fostering community engagement & well-being.
