Heartfelt Heroes' "Gift of Care" initiative is a student-led program dedicated to brightening the lives of hospitalized children by delivering thoughtfully curated care packages. These packages, filled with toys, books, art supplies, and personalized notes, provide comfort, joy, and a sense of normalcy to young patients during their hospital stay. Your grant will help us continue spreading smiles and hope to children and their families during challenging times.
