Practical Project Management Experience to advance Global Citizenship and STEAM Education
We support our community champions by helping them to visualize and execute small next-step goals. This project develops two certificate programs (International Friendship Ambassador-IFA, and Makerspace Ambassador -MA) to prepare young adults to write and manage grants in support of short-term projects of our community champions. These grants will provide practical, paid project management experiences for the college students who will be mentored by and for us and our community champions.

Framework and Support for Economic Inclusion
Our incubator and entrepreneurship skills learning environment provide a playful, person-centric Maker approach to finding and advancing goals. We particularly work to generate economic benefit through play. We implement an event-based approach and engage individuals in developing their projects and brands, participating in events of others (markets, conventions) and producing our own community-centric events. For those who do not yet visualize their brand, we implement open-ended projects that can be extended to include their interests.
